Intentional living forces you to slow down and appreciate the things that you have, rather than mindlessly consuming whatever is available.

So if you're feeling overwhelmed by the idea of going zero waste, remember that it's not about being perfect. Just make each decision with intention and thoughtfulness, and the rest will fall into place.
