It depends on how much you're ordering and how far it's going. When you add items to your shopping cart, you'll be asked to add your address so we can calculate the delivery fee. You can see what it will cost before you place your order.
We always have to charge for delivery, our drivers and vans need to be paid for. Some items are 100% free, others carry a Service charge. We used to give everything away for free, but due to Reyooz becoming a huge success we had to hire staff and get a warehouse. The service charge covers those costs.
We can deliver anything anywhere. It all just depends on whether the cost of delivery is worth it to you. We've been able to deliver a tonne of furntiure worth over £10,000 to Swindon for £225, we sent 24 armchairs to Sunderland for £120 - it all depends.
It's not. Our own teams are cheaper than any other large item delivery service you'll find. We know them all and use some of them. If you think about how big that cabinet is, and compare it to a Royal Mail large item package - you'll see just how much cheaper Reyooz is.
Yes. If you place a bunch of orders we'll combine them to get you one delivery and a better delivery cost.
Sometimes, but as a rule no. We might not know how long it will be before the other stuff becomes available, and your chances of being the person who gets it aren't guaranteed. It costs us a lot of money to store things for long periods of time.
