ONS data revealed that in 2021, just 29% of autistic adults are in any kind of employment. And we're here to challenge that.
A registered charity, at Atypical Work Space we have created a safe and supportive work and social environment, where adjustments are made so our neurodiverse team can work and thrive, helping them lead more independent and productive lives.
As well as developing their practical, social and life skills, we pay the Living Wage, which in some cases gives them their first experience of financial independence.
We receive no external funding so rely totally on the income our neurodiverse team generates from: repairing, refurbishing and recycling computer equipment; selling items via our eBay shop; providing IT support to customers; and finally, from your donations.

Ivy Learning Trust is a family of ten primary schools in Enfield and South Hertfordshire. We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing a great education for children in a warm, welcoming environment, inspiring them to develop a lifelong love of learning.
LD Training Services provide flexible Further and Higher Education to hard to reach adult learners through nationally accredited training programmes and qualifications. Supported by the University of Leeds and delivered on their campuses in London, Dudley, Nottingham and online.
They recently established a new campus in Stanmore in North West London. To save money they used Reyooz to help furnish the new campus.
“As well as some lovely desks we got some gorgeous soft furnishings, perfect for what we need” says Glen Johnson from LD Training Services.
“Being able to get such good quality furniture at such low, low prices really makes a difference to us, and our students, especially at the moment. We can’t wait to open the Stanmore campus and see students using the furniture”
“We’re looking to open new campuses when things get back to normal and we’ll definitely be going back to Reyooz to furnish them”
We are an inspirational, exciting school, with an abundance of fun-filled activities and events going on, during the school day. Our motto at William Ford is: 'Purposeful learning, engaging activities,' and we aim to deliver purposeful learning, via engaging activities in every area of our curriculum. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing up-to-date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
“Reyooz has had a transformational impact on our school - we have refurbished our Conference Room and main entrance, the Deputy Headteachers Office, two Assistant Headteacher Offices, the staffroom, the pupil library as well as various classrooms with desks, chairs and computer screens.
We've refreshed half of the school! This is all thanks to Reyooz!"
Rashid Benserghin, Head Teacher
Reyooz delivers anything and everything IT related to WEEE Charity - from laptops and PC's to monitors and peripherals.
Our goals are to protect and preserve the environment by recycling electrical waste to help reduce the amount of WEEE Waste that ends up in landfill through waste reduction, recycling, repair, refurbish and for resale back into the community.
Through this we train volunteers who are unemployed, or faced with disabilities or learning difficulties, with essential skills and knowledge in a safe working environment to improve their work ethic, to prepare them for full time employment.
