We also have our own teams out every day making deliveries.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the volume of the order and then the distance that the team will have to travel to deliver the order.

You can arrange to have your own courier collect from our warehouse. In this instance choose Click and Collect at checkout and then contact our logistics team on hello@reyooz.com to arrange things.

If you're a long way from London then the delivery costs can be prohibitive. If this is the case it could be cheaper for us to ask our friends at Shiply.com or Anyvan.com to provide a quote. These companies run thousands of vans and so their prices can be better than our own. We appear to be competitive though.

However your goods are delivered, delivery teams are only allowed to deliver to the doorstep. They are not obliged to carry items inside nor are they expected to carry items up flights of steps either inside our outside.
